We enjoyed her very much, we had a lot of fun and we accomplished all of our goals.

My Wife Marsha and I decided 3 years (2013)ago to sell our town home in Savage. We originally listed it for $250K with a different agent. It didn’t sell, even after several price reductions and open houses. We took it off the market, and quite frankly forgot about it. In the winter of 2014, I received a call from Scotti advising us that she had some pent up demand for the town home complex that we lived in. At first glance we paid no attention. We ended up listing with her in 2014 for $290K. We sold our home for that price and closed on Sept. 29 2014, then purchased another town home in Eden Prairie. It is important to note that through Scotti’s advice, negotiating skill and creativity, we did not pay closing cost on either transaction side. It was wonderful. Scotti spent a lot of time up front with us making sure that she knew what we wanted as well as what the market would allow for our home. She never bothered us unless she had something that we wanted to see etc. Whenever we met and visited various property’s she was very prepared and thorough, We felt like she was taking care of her parents. Not a feeling you often get these days. We enjoyed her very much, we had a lot of fun and we accomplished all of our goals. Job well Done Scotti.
